How we perceive the world makes a difference. Even more so, how we internally process our experiences makes an even bigger impact. I am curious how you feel, think, act, and talk to yourself when you experience something that has an impact on you. It can be scary to navigate your thoughts and feelings on your own. If you want to learn how to grow from your experiences, the answers lie within yourself, and I can help you find them. Together I believe I can help you explore these, learn and practice new skills, and find new ways to experience the world. I hope that I can help by providing a safe space for you where you will be accepted, respected, and find no judgment when you come to my office.
I have experience working with ages 14 and up who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress and worry, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I was a clinical intern at a non-profit in north Texas where I saw clients for individual therapy who experienced sexual abuse and trauma. I also had the honor of facilitating group therapy.
