I work with clients who suffer from various mental health concerns and disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also work with clients struggling with certain phase of life issues, relationship stressors, women’s emotional health issues and athletes experiencing performance anxiety, mental blocks, or stress related to the transition into high school or collegiate sports.
I am a former collegiate athlete and developed a love for therapy throughout my college career. In that time, I learned how important it is to not only take care of our bodies but our minds as well. Together, we will work towards achieving your therapeutic goals so you can leave therapy with a happier and healthier mental well-being.
