Sometimes life becomes too difficult to battle on our own. Together, we can explore what situations or relationships may be causing distress in your life and develop tools and skills to overcome these hardships. I strive to provide a warm and comforting therapeutic environment by conveying empathy and understanding to allow my clients to feel safe and validated during our sessions. Therapy can feel intimidating, and it is my goal to ease that feeling through trust, compassion and even some humor! I will meet you where you are. You’ve taken the first step in seeking a professional to assist and guide you through your therapeutic journey, and I’m here to join and support you the rest of the way.
I work with clients who suffer from various mental health concerns and disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also work with clients struggling with certain phase of life issues, relationship stressors, women’s emotional health issues and athletes experiencing performance anxiety, mental blocks, or stress related to the transition into high school or collegiate sports.
I am a former collegiate athlete and developed a love for therapy throughout my college career. In that time, I learned how important it is to not only take care of our bodies but our minds as well. Together, we will work towards achieving your therapeutic goals so you can leave therapy with a happier and healthier mental well-being.
