In the midst of these trying times, we have found a greater need for mental health and therapy as a whole. I believe that we all have the skills within us to figure out the solutions to our problems, sometimes we need an extra ear, or another voice, that helps us find our answers. My goal is to be that person for you, to help you find out the best way to help yourself.
I have a variety of different work experiences, but find that I can be of best help those who are working on their recovery from substance abuse, those who struggle with self-esteem and improving personal view of their own life, those who want to learn how to better cope with their depression and anxiety, and those who want to start planning for their future but don’t know what steps to take, whether it be career planning or decision making in other areas.
I have experience working with teens, adults, families, and groups. I also have experience in working with those on the autism spectrum.
My goal is the make your therapeutic experience feel safe and welcoming, while also providing you with positive encouragement that helps you find your own solutions for your goals.
