LPC
We are not in control over what life throws us, but we are in control of how we handle it. It is not wrong to feel hurt, angry, depressed or nervous. Emotions are a part of being human. Through counseling I can provide new ways of coping with life’s unexpected speed bumps. I will not judge, criticize or shame you for your actions, emotions, or thoughts. I can assure you that I am a safe landing for you to explore how you want to improve and grow.
I have experience working with individuals over the age of 15 that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and relationships. I have worked in multiple therapeutic settings including intensive outpatient, inpatient hospitalization, and telehealth counseling.
