Struggles and hardships can be a natural part of life. We all need support from time to time as we navigate through stressful times.
I enjoy providing support to my clients in an open-minded, encouraging, and non-judgmental way. I see my role as a therapist as one of a caregiver, a provider of strength, and a collaborative problem-solver.
I have experience with a wide variety of people, including individuals without a diagnosis to those diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and anxiety and depression. I also have extensive experience helping people throughout the processes of both voluntary and involuntary termination of pregnancy.
