Change can be difficult, but it’s easier when you have someone by your side to help you through it. My desire is to support you as you work to overcome whatever struggles life has thrown at you. With experience in working with trauma, I understand the importance of creating a safe space for clients to come and resolve their issues. I believe the way we think plays a big role in the way we live, so my approach is to help clients develop healthier thought patterns and coping skills to create better behaviors. Together, we can work as a team to reach your goals and see improvement in your life.
I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. My areas of focus are primarily teenage and younger adult women battling stages of life issues, anxiety, depression, shame, and past-traumas.
