Please note: We do not verify benefits on behalf of clients. Instead, we guide you in verifying your own coverage, a process that helps you understand your insurance and apply the same steps to future healthcare needs.

Services range from $45–$150 per session depending on counselor type, location, and length of service.

Some of our staff are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, Aetna, Sana Benefits, Lyra, Spring Health, Baylor Scott & White, and Medicare. We are also in the process of contracting with Medicaid, and Tricare.

The counselors at Room for Change accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and health savings/flex savings accounts as forms of payment.
Additionally our staff can assist you in applying for CareCredit.

Effective January 1, 2022, a ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act” which requires practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” about services delivered which are considered either out-of-network or cash pay. The Good Faith Estimate works to show the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service, a diagnosis, and a reason for therapy. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. Cancellations can be made by calling or texting 214-385-5445, emailing Manager@roomforchange.info, or filling out a contact form on our website with your name and the date of the appointment you are cancelling.
